You can plan shifts, record agreed hours and rates, create PDF invoices and track their status. Expense records can hold original receipts and invoices. Date-range views and exports help you review your own records.
Before you share an invoice or use an export, you can check its details. LocumFolio organises the information you enter; it does not arrange jobs, process invoice payments or determine tax treatment.
One account for your workspace
Google, Apple and email sign-in connect to the same account system used by the iPhone companion. Use your original method to reopen your own cloud records. The web workspace is available on desktop and mobile browsers. The native iPhone companion is currently being tested.
